Sorry for any inconvenience animations

How often have you heard that phrase ”sorry for any inconvenience” and “thank your for your patience” Some very annoying terms that we decided to make animations about. Every so often we have a little bit of a tidy up on our site and we have been going through every page checking it out and replacing templates where necessary. It is still going on and we have found one orphan page and quite a few spelling mistakes so far. Hopefully it makes for a better experience especially where navigation is concerned, some of our pages did not link back to the right home page.
